10+ projects for Automotive OEMs and 1st Tiers coordinated, moderated and documented acc. VDA / AIAG FMEA-standards. Performed development workshop series with cross-functional teams. IQ-RM 7 specialist.

Relocation and restructuring of an existing production site as part of downsizing strategy. Conducted detailed inventory of machinery, infrastructure, and laboratories, developed new model layouts for the production site and managed the physical move + installation of logistics and machinery equipment until rampup.
