I support manufacturers in developing and improving their manufacturing plants from bird’s view to Details: I will indepently analyze & streamline everything needed from factory layout via material flow and manufacturing systems to any single production process, station or machine in order to help you achieve your goals – from greenfield factory concepts to brownfield retrofits. My approach combines classic industrial engineering with pragmatic, shopfloor-oriented execution. Relocation and restructuring of an existing production site as part of downsizing strategy. Conducted detailed inventory of machinery, infrastructure, and laboratories, developed new model layouts for the production site and managed the physical move + installation of logistics and machinery equipment until rampup.
