3. Hosting & Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany.

When you visit our website, the following data is automatically processed in server log files:

amount of data transferred
browser type and version, operating system
referrer URL
requesting provider

Purpose: Technical provision, security and stability of the website.

6. Contacting Us (E-Mail & Contact Form)

When you contact us via e-mail or our contact form, we process the data you provide:

company, phone number (if provided)
content of your message
any additional voluntary information

Purpose: Handling your enquiry, preparing an offer, or initiating a consulting project.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Storage period:
We store your enquiry as long as necessary to process it. If no contract follows, data will usually be deleted after 6–12 months, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Data is stored in our e-mail system and, where applicable, in project-related documents.

6.1 Contacting Us (WhatsApp Business)

We offer the possibility to communicate with us via WhatsApp Business.
Service Provider: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.
Your data is potentially transferred to non-EU-countries (e.g. USA).

Do not use WhatsApp for confidential or sensitive information.

7. Client Data in Consulting Projects

If we enter into a consulting engagement, we also process:

contact details of your staff (name, e-mail, phone, role),
company details (name, address, department),
project-related information and documents necessary to deliver our services.

Purpose: Planning, performing and documenting consulting services.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (legal retention).

Storage period:
Project and invoicing documents are stored according to statutory retention periods (usually 6–10 years).

8. Embedded Content: Google Maps

On our contact page, we use Google Maps to show our location.

Provider:
Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. USA).

Google may:

receive information that you accessed the corresponding subpage,
set cookies,
add information to an existing user profile.

Google Maps is only loaded if you have consented via the cookie banner.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).

9. No Web Analytics (Current Status)

We currently do not use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Matomo.
If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and the use of such tools will be reflected in our cookie banner.
